K9 Homeschool is
proud to offer high quality in-home training programs. Private
in-home training is ideal for busy individuals and families who
are unable to commit to regular group classes or who have
specific training goals in mind. Private training offers the
advantage of being tailored to your specific needs. It also
allows you and your pet to progress at your own pace. Private
training classes may meet in your home, your office, the park,
or anyplace that you feel the need for additional training with
your pet.
Rather than confuse you with all sorts of fancy names and
workshop pricing, our pricing is straight forward and
simple. You decide if you want just one lesson or if you
want a series of lessons. Which is best for you, depends
on you, your dog and what you want the outcome to be. Most
of our customers choose the series of lessons.
Single Lessons: Single
lessons are 45 minutes in length and include demonstrations of
training techniques, practice, and a question and answer period.
Notes and handouts will reinforce each lesson. Many
clients use this type of training for housebreaking issues with
new puppies.
Single Lessons are $68.00* per
lesson or $75.00 per hour.
**This rate is good for up to 2 dogs...
each additional dog $15.00 per lesson or $25 per
hour.
Lesson Series: This is a 4 lesson package. The first lesson is 1 to 1.5 hour in
length and the 3 subsequent lessons are 45 - 60 minutes each.
Each lesson includes demonstrations of training techniques,
practice, and a question and answer period. Notes and handouts
will reinforce each lesson. You will also have access to free
phone and email assistance for the life of your dog. Plus
you get a FREE refresher session after you complete your
series.
4 Lesson Series is $275.00*
6 Lesson Series $325.00*
Evaluations: Thinking of training
for your family pet, but not sure if it is the right option
right now? Our evaluations will help you decide.
Evaluations can be for behavior issues, training issues, puppy
issues - even people issues! Evaluations are approximately
1hour and 30 minutes and will consist of answering questions,
observations and training plan. No training will take place
during the evaluation.
Evaluation Fee: $50.00 **
Evaluation fee is waived if training
series is purchased at time of evaluation.
Behavioral and Problem Solving Sessions:
These are 2 hour sessions that focus on correcting one or two
behaviors. This is a good choice for leash walking
problems, house training (breaking) problems in older
dogs, multiple dog issues.
Behavioral Sessions: $100.00
per session.

shelter adoptions, and multiple dog training sessions!
